Mmmm, I made my first sushi roll today. It was amazing. It's actually quite simple. Only takes a little bit of finesse on the rolling it up and slicing it into individual pieces. Since I'm in a sushi mood, I thought it fitting that I would link you to a How To on making Sushi.
Man, one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had was actually a specialty roll from around here. It's called a Cookeville roll. It has crab, shrimp, ebi crunchies, and cream cheese. Then it's topped with spicy sauce. My God, it's so delicious, but it's 11 bucks for a plate of 8. It's worth it, though.
